Kathy Lawrence is an associate in Hirschler Fleischer's Business section. Her practice focuses on a wide range of general business and corporate matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, corporate maintenance and governance, stock and asset acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations, and employment and franchise law matters.

Kathy brings over a decade of hands-on business experience to her practice. Prior to law school, Kathy was General Manager of a direct mail advertising franchise, where she directed day-by-day operations and managed an award-winning sales team.
